What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed through PayPal. You may choose to pay with your PayPal account, or you may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card through the PayPal website without a PayPal account. If you prefer not to use a PayPal account or a credit card through PayPal, please contact me to send a money order or a check. For checks, please note my bank's returned check policy here. Orders paid for by check will not be processed until the check clears.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase from this store?

No. You may pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card through the PayPal website without a PayPal account. At checkout, you will see this option to the left of the PayPal login area.

Shipping Addresses in PayPal

Please make sure your ship-to address while checking out through PayPal is correct. Packages cannot be shipped to an alternate address which isn't listed with PayPal. For instance, I cannot ship to a different address which is emailed to me after a transaction has been completed. I can only ship to the address on your order shown in PayPal. This is to comply with PayPal buyer and seller protection policies.

How long does it take before an order is shipped?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of your order. Custom-printed items take a bit longer, but almost always within 4 to 5 business days. If I expect a delay, I will contact you via the email address you submitted with your order. Please make sure your email address is correct during checkout through PayPal, and that you provide a phone number in case I have a question about your order.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. If your order has been sent with a service offering a tracking number (such as USPS Priority Mail), your tracking number will be included in the email.

What shipping methods do you offer for domestic orders?

Most domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, and typically arrive within 2 to 3 days of shipping. If you're ordering just one or two cards, they will be sent using USPS First Class Mail to keep your shipping costs low. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout through PayPal and are based on your order total. If your order totals $75.00 or more, I offer free domestic shipping by USPS Priority Mail. If you need your order faster than 2 to 3 days, please contact me for FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping rates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Simply choose your country from the drop-down menu during checkout through PayPal, and the shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total. International orders are sent via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail. If you need your order faster, please contact me for FedEx Priority International shipping rates. The customer is responsible for any customs or duties on internationally shipped items.

Currency and Sales Tax

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Kansas residents: there is a 8.85% sales tax on all orders, including shipping costs.

I'm sending a gift. Will you please send a note in the package saying so?

If your PayPal order shows that the package should be sent to another person's name and address, I will automatically include a small gift card in the package, unless you ask me not to do so. If there is anything else you'd like to tell me about your order, please write me a note in the "Add special instructions to merchant" box during checkout through PayPal and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Safety Notice

Caution: Some items contain small parts such as beads, eyelets, buttons, staples or brads which can pose a choking hazard if detached. Keep away from small children and pets. The items for sale on this website are not intended for children under 13 years of age.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are of utmost importance. Your personal information and order history will never be sold to a third party. All payments are processed through PayPal, so your credit card or bank account information remains protected and inaccessible to anyone but you. Return Policy

I hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if that is not the case, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in unused, saleable condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. The Petite Press is not responsible for such damage.

• Ship them back to the address on the package return label, along with your order information. The Petite Press is not responsible for the cost to ship items back. Please use a type of service with a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. The Petite Press is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.

• Upon arrival, the items will be inspected to verify they are still in saleable condition, at which time a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.

• Custom-printed orders, including personalized items, are not returnable.

Do you sell your items wholesale?
