Personalized items are printed on-demand, especially for you. Using vintage metal type, I will set your name (or the recipient's name) by hand and print the items to your specifications.
Under each item description, I have listed what information I will need from you in order to print your order. Please enter that information in the "Add special instructions to merchant" box when checking out through PayPal (highlighted in the following picture):
The information I will need from you may just be the person's name, or you may also need to specify a color and/or typeface (font) if there is a choice available.
The "case" of the letters I will be using for your item may be specific. For instance, only uppercase (capital) letters may be available for a certain typeface, so if you type the person's name in lowercase (small) letters, I will change them to uppercase. Again, under each item description is a detailed note describing this information for that particular item.
The typefaces I use are American English fonts, so, unfortunately, I'm unable to print letters with accents.
When printing two names (for instance, on recipe cards), I will use an ampersand between the two names like this: "Elizabeth & Henry" (rather than "Elizabeth and Henry"), unless you specifically ask me not to do so.
If you order more than one personalized item, please clearly state which information goes with which item.
Please make sure your email address is correct when checking out through PayPal, in case I have any questions about your order.
There is no proof stage with personalized items, so whatever name you type is what I will print. Please check your spelling carefully, as custom-printed and personalized items are not returnable.
Please allow 4 to 5 business days for personalized items to be printed and to dry before shipping.
